Shiplast was formed by Qian and Liu in 2015. But Liu had worked on this industry since 2000, starting as a exportation document maker and later a manhole cover business exclusive. Moving into industrial sales, in time, he realized that his commitment to understanding and servicing the unique needs of each individual customer was not considered “industry standard”.  He founded Shiplast with a simple mission: listen to the customer and supply the products that they need to be successful. We have ourown & one of the biggest factory specialized in researching, developing and manufacturing many kinds plastic products (1g~16000g) in fields of home& garden, municipal facilities, instrument, hardware, electronics and appliance, printing and packaging, logistics and warehouse,supermarket, environment and sanitation, etc.

We are specialized on iron casting, such as ductile iron manhole cover & tree grate, pipe fittings, valve etc. Under a more than 10 years skilled team & over 15,000m2, facilitated with resin bonded sand processing line, V-processing line, and 3 tons electric furnace, 5 tons copula, CNC lathe, CNC Machining center, CNC boring machine, heavy duty lathe. Our casting weight across 1kg~2000kgs and machine size up to 1600mm. We can always use the lightest kg to cast out the best quality level parts for our clients.

With strict quality control system under ISO9001, and top chemical and metallurgical laboratories facilities, like spectrometer, ultrasonic detector, universal material tester, metallographic analyzer and CMM, we can ensure the right material quality of grey iron GG15~GG30 or ductile iron GGG40~GGG60 to meet the requirements from different customers.

How Can You Be Sure the Quality Standards Will Be Met？

We pre-qualify companies who already produce the desired product, or produce a product very similar to the product requested. We inspect their production lines and meet their management team to evaluate their production capabilities, quality controls, reliability and ability to deliver on time. We research their financial background and finally we require samples to ensure their ability to meet the most rigorous specifications.

We provide our clients with an Initial Sourcing Assessment Report which includes:

·                       production capabilities

·                       cost comparisons

·                       suitability to produce the desired product

Once the choices have been narrowed down a pre-production report will be provided. This will include a review of material used, packaging, printing, factory machinery, safety, factory environment and ethical assessment according to SA8000.

Additional random and fixed production inspections will be scheduled and SGS inspectors will certify products compliance with European and ISO standards.

We commonly prepare and sign agreements, stating we and/or the fabrication facility will not sell potential competitors the same propriety product for at least one year or longer after the last shipment is sent to you.
